Appointment of new Strategy & Partnership Advisor: Jane Burns

We are very pleased to announce Jane Burns’ appointment as Strategic Advisor at Clarity Group, including Your Call Whistleblowing Solutions.

Clarity Workplace Solutions welcomes Jane Burns to the Clarity Group team to empower our pursuit of creating positive workplaces globally and giving a voice to all. Jane  is an expert in mental health, suicide prevention and wellbeing. Jane has had in depth experience operationalising integrated models of care and leading technology transformation projects as well as authoring over 100 journal articles and holding a PhD from Uni Adelaide. Jane was a winner of Westpac’s 100 Women of Influence and finalist in Telstra’s Business Women Awards across multiple years.

Following Executive roles establishing critical elements of Beyond Blue, ReachOut and the Young and Well CRC, Jane is now currently focused on a new CRC (Well and Productive CRC), Chair of STREAT, Committee Chair at Open Arms, Board Member of the NDIA and Honorary Enterprise Fellow at Melbourne University. Lastly, Jane is Thinker in Residence for the WA Commission for Children and Young People. International key note speaker including as a US Harkness Fellow in HealthCare Policy, Canadian Best Brains Exchange and YPO mental health asset.

The pursuit of creating positive workplaces globally is part of our DNA and what drives Clarity Group and Clarity Workplace Solutions. We are on a journey to change the way organisations approach ethics, culture, workplace issues and GRC. At the centre of this pursuit are people and the need to develop real change in how workplaces approach mental health/positive workplaces.
