Our teams in Clarity and Your Call have been delivering high impact client work remotely since February. We remain open for business and continue to engage with clients to provide continued support for all services. 

Along with implementing industry best-practice safety protocols, we continue to innovate our service offerings to the new external realities with the goal to help clients make the complex clear. Our ability to thrive during this time is a testament to our team’s incredible drive and resilience.    

Documents sent via Australia Post, Courier or DX will continue to be received and distributed to relevant teams.

  • Virtual, secure and encrypted interviews accessing multiple platforms agreeable to the interviewee 
  • Legally compliant digital signatures approved by the WorkSafe Code of Conduct recent announcement

  • A Permitted Worker Permit in accordance with the Victorian Government requirements

Litigation Support (Process Serving & Surveillance)  

Our skilled process serving team are fully COVID19 safety compliant and can continue to personally serve your documents around Australia. This includes: 

  • Face masks and hand sanitizer for each serve 
  • Digital infrared thermometers to be utilised before each workday 
  • Daily wellness & health sign off 
  • A Permitted Worker Permit in accordance with the Victorian Government 

Our experienced surveillance investigators carry Permitted Worker Permit in accordance with Victorian Government requirements.

What we are doing to help the community  

Supporting the community and important causes is part of our purpose. Similar to our responses to the recent Australia bush fire emergency, homelessness & speak-up education programs for school students, via our partnership with the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, we remain committed to doing our best to support the community. Clarity will be soon rolling out a range of community support initiatives to help those in need and our community to recover.
